The system grew out of a life,
not a business plan.
My name is Djibril Cissé. Musician and producer, officer trained at the Swiss army officer school, gardener and practitioner of living systems in parallel — and, for years, a self-taught builder of digital systems.
Agentic Realism was born when these threads joined: AI became capable of carrying the paperwork, and the field had taught me what must remain human.
Five fields, five convictions.
- 01MUSIC & PRODUCTION
Turning an intuition into a finished object.
Composing, producing, releasing: years spent hearing what rings true, cutting the rest, and finishing what I started. Music taught me that quality is decided when you remove, not when you add.
Taste as compass: technology amplifies what you choose — you still have to choose.
- 02OFFICER SCHOOL · SWISS ARMY
Deciding with incomplete information.
Leading under constraint, delegating without losing the thread, answering for every order. I learned that a chain of decision must stay legible — especially when you delegate.
Execution can be delegated, responsibility never: logs, boundaries, human validation.
- 03GARDEN · REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE · COOPERATIVES · NATURAL HEALTH
Living systems cannot be piloted.
In parallel, hands in the soil: gardens, regenerative projects, cooperatives, natural health practices. You observe, you accompany, you let time do part of the work — and you never confuse growth with forcing.
Living context: good automation is like good compost — it feeds what grows without rushing it.
- 04THE SYSTEM I BUILT FOR MYSELF
An exocortex that runs every day, at home.
Hermes, my agent system, runs on my own servers: it sorts my messages, keeps my memory, prepares my documents, watches what matters. This site, my monitoring and my own organization run through it. Everything I propose to you runs here first.
Living ground: nothing I install at your place is a promise — it is already in production at mine.
- 05AGENTIC REALISM · LAUSANNE
Making this system available to small businesses.
The agency grew from a simple observation: artisans, therapists and independents lose their evenings to admin while the tools already exist. I install bounded, reversible agentic offices that you validate at every step.
Paperwork to the assistant. The craft, to you.
Concrete, bounded, reversible.
Diagnosis first
Thirty free minutes: you describe your days, we spot together where your time goes. If I cannot help, I tell you plainly.
One brick at a time
A single scope, the one that relieves the most: request triage, quotes, follow-ups. From CHF 490, wired to your current tools, measurable before/after.
You keep the hand
The assistant prepares, you validate. Nothing goes out without your approval, everything is logged, and if you want to stop: everything is reversible, your data stays yours.
Bounded data
Hosting in Switzerland or Europe, access and providers defined before connecting anything. No jargon: you should be able to re-explain every choice to your accountant.
The same system runs my own digital life.
Competitive monitoring, CRM, publishing, music, personal organization: everything runs through the same agents and infrastructure I install for clients.
It is my permanent laboratory — where tools are tested under real constraints before being recommended. What you see on this site is one of its public outputs.
“AI deserves your trust only if it gives you time back — not if it takes more of it.”
Tell me about your days. A concrete, jargon-free answer within 24 hours.
