Agential Realism
The real is not merely observed: it is produced within apparatuses. An agent system does not "reflect" an organization, it reconfigures its practices and responsibilities.

Intra-action
Human, agent, project and task do not pre-exist their relation: they are defined in the operation that brings them into play.

Several agents, angles and sources produce useful interference. You read the differences to decide — not mirrors.

Folders, permissions, keys, scopes: the architecture decides what the system can see, do and answer for.

Logs, permissions, verification, human resume. A system must account for itself — and the human stay able to respond.

Not a frozen file: the true state of projects, the reasons behind decisions, human preferences — preserved, enriched and passed on instead of overwritten.

The circulation layer between memory, action, agents, logs and human decisions: what is learned flows back to feed the system instead of getting lost.

Entropy scatters context. Syntropy makes memory, intent and action converge toward more coherence.

A prompt is not a permission. Boundaries must be material: scopes, access, firewalls, logs.
Automate only what reduces human load without dissolving responsibility.
Human taste selects what deserves to be amplified, not merely what can be optimized.
A good agent produces less noise and more decision continuity.
