You only pay if you approve the proposal. Tool subscriptions (ChatGPT, Claude…) remain yours to pay; a free version is enough to start.
Before you book a session.
I know nothing about it. Is that a problem?+
No, it is the most common case. We start from zero if needed: opening the tool, making a first request, understanding why the answer is good or bad.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription?+
Not to begin with. A free version is enough for the session. We then tell you whether a subscription makes sense for your use, and which one.
Can I use AI with client or patient data?+
With care. Together we see what can be anonymised, which settings to turn on and what must not leave your tools. For regular use on sensitive data, a supervised assistant hosted in Switzerland is a better fit than a consumer tool.
How is this different from an online course?+
The content: we do not work on generic examples but on your emails, your quotes, your documents. You leave with instructions that work for your trade.
Do you travel?+
Yes, across French-speaking Switzerland, from Lausanne. Travel is included in the on-site duo format; for an on-site solo session it is specified in the proposal.
